What are the main faults and troubleshooting of high-frequency machine equipment during use:
1. Customers need to check the water filter regularly when using high-frequency machines and high-frequency equipment;
2. If there is dust on the machine, use it to dry the compressed air and carefully blow the machine, but the main power must be turned off;
Failure: Before checking, be sure to turn off the main power supply, because there are several thousand volts to tens of thousands of volts in the machine.
Phenomenon 1: Common overcurrent red light is on (overload light)
A) The lower die insulation is damaged.
B) There are dirt, dust and water in the work object, vibrating cylinder or upper and lower molds that need to be cleaned.
C) The level of the upper and lower molds of the high-frequency machine is not good.
D) The upper and lower dies have no insulation, but directly touch each other.

Note: When the mold is pressed down and hits the lower mold, the ground copper sheet must be pressed against the lower plate, and the circular copper sheet can be slightly deformed. If the grounding copper sheet is not adjusted properly, the machine will not work stably. When changing the mold of different heights, the ground copper plate needs to be adjusted again.
